Schedule a Consultation · Lasting Legacy Pro

An honest thirty minutes.

No closing. No pressure. No script. We talk about your family, your situation, and what makes sense for what you’re trying to build.

§ 01 · The Conversation

What this thirty minutes covers.

A focused conversation, structured to give you clarity without taking your entire evening.

  • Your family situation, in plain language — who is in it, what matters most to protect.
  • Where you stand today, including any documents already in place, and what gaps exist.
  • Which plan fits — the Homeowner Shield, the Guardian Plan, the Aging Parents Plan, the Starter Pack, or a custom stack.
  • Honest pricing for what fits you, with no upsell pressure.
  • Whether to start now or wait. Sometimes the answer is wait. We will tell you either way.
  • Whether to hire an attorney instead. If your situation needs one, we refer.
30 minutes · By phone or video · No cost · Available statewide

§ 02 · Set Your Expectations

What this is, and isn’t.

There are conventions in this industry that Lasting Legacy Pro does not follow. Best to say so before you book.

— This is

An actual conversation.

  • A focused discussion about your specific family situation.
  • Honest answers, including the answer “you don’t need our help.”
  • A clear recommendation if a plan fits, or a clear referral if it doesn’t.
  • Time for your questions, in plain language.
  • A path forward you can take, or not take, at your own pace.
— This is not

A sales call.

  • No closing script. No urgency framing. No countdown timers.
  • No “limited-time pricing” that ends the moment the call does.
  • No pressure to decide on the call. You decide on your timeline.
  • No automated follow-up sequences trying to wear you down.
  • No upsell to a higher plan than fits your family.
§ 03 · How to Prepare

A few things to think through beforehand.

Not required — we can have the conversation either way. But the consultation goes further when you arrive with these in mind.

  • — I. Who is in your family. Spouse, children, parents, anyone you care for or who depends on you. The family you have is the plan’s starting point.
  • — II. What you already have in place. Any existing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, or insurance policies. If you have them, gather them. If you don’t, no problem.
  • — III. What you own that matters. A house, a business, retirement accounts, real estate, life insurance. We do not need exact numbers — just the categories.
  • — IV. What you’re worried about. Specific concerns or scenarios that have been on your mind. These often point straight to what needs the most attention.
  • — V. Your honest questions. The ones you might be embarrassed to ask. Those are usually the most important ones to ask.

If none of this is ready, the call still works. Bring what you have.

§ 04 · Common Questions

Before you book.

Is it actually free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation, no card required to book. The consultation is the work that earns the relationship — not a sales mechanism to extract one. If we are not a fit, we are not a fit. You walk away with the recommendation either way.
How long does the call actually run?
Thirty minutes is the scheduled block. Some calls end at twenty when the answer is clear. Some run to forty-five when the situation has layers. I will not keep you on the phone past what the conversation actually requires.
Phone, video, or in person?
Default is phone or video, your choice. In-person is available in limited locations by request. Statewide service is the default; the schedule is what it is.
Will you try to close me on the call?
No. The brand does not close on consultations — not on this one, not ever. If a plan fits, I tell you which one and what it costs. If you want to think about it, you think about it. Patient by design.
What if I’m not ready to move forward after the call?
Most families need time. The plan is the same whether you decide today or in six months. No follow-up drip sequences, no “just checking in” emails. When you are ready, you reach back. The work will be here.
What if my situation needs an attorney instead?
I will tell you on the call. Estate planning for high-net-worth families with federal estate tax exposure, complex blended estates, or active probate litigation needs an attorney. If that is you, I refer to trusted partners. Better the right work elsewhere than the wrong work here.
§ 05 · Not Ready to Book?

Then take a different path.

The consultation is not the only door. Three other ways to start, none of which require you to put a time on the calendar today.
